gerber may be married to supermodel cindy crawford, but he has become
quite the entrepreneur with his latest addition to new york's cocktail
scene - the stone
rose.
gerber started
out with his list of whiskey bars around the country (including los angeles,
aspen, boston, houston and even the w hotel in mexico city). now new york's stone
rose will encompass 5,500 square feet in the new time warner
center (a.k.a the shops at columbus circle) designed in - who'd have guessed
- stone and rosewood.
this
hotel lounge will offer a light menu (to coat the stomach of course), and
within the next month or so, guests can hop, skip and jump to a number
of gourmet options to
ensure proper protection.
