David Chang’s third (and largest) Milk Bar hits the UWS and this time there’s room for 15 lucky dessert-seekers to sample Pastry Chef Christina Tosi’s beloved creations. Classics like cereal milk soft serve and Crack Pie make an appearance, as do some new menu offerings like fancy coffee and full-blown breakfast sandwiches. Like you would with Ko or Ssäm bar, come hungry.
