
no, you don't have your own jet. but you can take someone else's to skip between new york et paris. so perhaps we're not talking about a gulf stream. but l'avion, the latest airline to join the ranks of business class-only service, offers only 90 seats on the one boeing they currently own.
yes, the french financial backers first launched flights earlier this year. but the new service has taken off (pun intended) so much that they're planning on adding a second plane come year end. although you don't have a choice of airports on either continent, the l'avion flights are offered six days a week (pas de saturday) between orly and newark. departures from jersey are at 7:30p and arrive paris at 8:50a, and return at 2:00p landing stateside at 4:45p.
please feel free to aspire to that gulf. but until you can afford the fuel, consider this new service a more viable option.
