he's been there and done that in dubai, prague, dublin, tokyo and new york. but now he's is going back to his london roots at gordon ramsay at the trianon palace.

brit cuisine in the city of haute cuisine? (gasp.) but the "hell's kitchen" celeb chef isn't afraid to take on any challenge. remember, this is the toque who can make grown men cry. ramsay's eponymous resto sits in the famed petite trianon hotel & spa (named after marie antoinette's private digs), but don't expect frou frou french here. he's using only the best UK ingreds in his new french menu. if it's anything like his london flagship spot (which is the inspiration for the trianon one), be prepared to sink your teeth into cannon of salt marsh lamb and cauliflower soup with osetra caviar. if you so dare, go more casual at the la veranda brasserie, which sits next to the fancy shmancy dining room. want to pull out all the stops? have a feast catered by the man himself in the private area.

it's sure to be fit for a queen.
