want to reduce your carbon footprint parisian style? velib, a new service to reduce car traffic and pollution, offers bicycle rentals for only 1 euro per hour. there are over 750 rental stations across the city. residents can get a one-year pass for only 29 euros and the first 30 minutes are free. www.velib.paris.fr




willy nilly.
