this time, the boys are aiming to bring a little whimsy to the upper east side. (hence, the name.) and how did rockwell accomplish that, you ask? bonbon-inspired art (think lolita) and candy-colored hues mix with more sophisticated things like alligator leather and a reflective black vinyl ceiling.

as for bites, this late-nighter will stock kobe beef lollipops (natch), thai curry chicken, and panko fried oysters.
