if you used to make the long drive east to west to hang with drew and lindsay at dominick's, stop torturing yourself. stay on your side of town and head to the recently opened little dom's in los feliz.

warner ebbink (who brought us the 101 coffee shop you remember from swingers) delivers this off-shoot to the 90's rat pack institution. little dom's is a new york italian joint, hollywood-style, with the help from designer shawn hausman (responsible for the standard and chateau marmont). think old school architecture with a new school aesthetic: half-moon red leather booths in the back, an antique wood bar and salvaged leaded glass windows. hungry after a few sidecar cocktails? chef brandon boudet dishes up baked tortiglioni with italian sausage and roasted fennel and grilled blue bass. although it's only open for din-din at the moment, breakfast and lunch are on the menu for the future.

be prepared to tie one on. it's bound to dominate the 'hood.
