boogie over to bouga this month. this cave-like moroccan bar comes complete with traditional mosaic floor, and interiors sourced from as far as fez. drink 'bouga-bouga' the bar's own cocktail lovingly created by award-winning mixologist xenios george voniatis - smirnoff black vodka, limoncello, fresh lemongrass, honey, lime juice and soda. wave over the waiter, order some kemia (merguez sausages, cheese borek, chicken briwat) and you're on your way to fez, too. opens 26 july. 1 park road.
