nice.
it's boring. a word you use when you can't think of anything
better to say. a nice idea. she's nice. buy some nice wallpaper.
wait a minute now. wallpaper? pretty cheaky to stick that one
in there.
sofie eliasson and matt duckett are the hands behind nice -
the london-based line of odd but cool wallpapers. their partnership actually
spawned a trio of papers, the most notable being the hybrid line. four different
animal-inspired sheets (giraffes, crabs, and snakes, oh my) can be combined any
which way to create a mystical forest of creatures. meaning you can attach the
snake to the crab, or the crab to the giraffe, and so on. then there’s
the peacock repeat, a series of violet peacock patterns, that well, repeat. and
lastly, there's the domino range that looks like way more then a few square blocks
when it's up on your wall.
reptile or parlor game, no matter. when someone says "nice," you'll
take it as a good thing.
