girls, listen up. there's no point in beating around the bush with this one. hermès has finally arrived in the hamptons.
the french purveyor of all things luxe has escaped the city and just opened doors
on main street in east hampton. yes, it's true: silk scarves, sumptuous beach
bags, super soft blankets and brightly colored wraps are just steps away from
your front door. and if you're like so many others who wonder why it took so
long for hermès to open in the hamptons, it was all about the right timing.
(and you couldn't be happier.) but don't be surprised if this boutique has a
decidedly different feel from the ones you frequent on madison and wall street;
in place of the rich cherry wood and mosaic tiles are sisal rugs and an all-white
interior. and like its setting, the hermès hamptons location will also
stock special items only available to this store. eyeing that zebra motif towel?
snag one before the store closes for the summer on september 20th. but you better
enjoy the goods now; hermès in the hamptons might only be around for one
season.
it's time to crack that whip. hermès. 63
