finding
a new good restaurant in the hampsteins is kinda like, well,
finding a new good restaurant in the hampsteins. and although
noyac road isn't exactly home of a multitude of dining options,
it can certainly add the new wildthyme spot
to its list.
yes,
yes. this place was once called Q thai. but like bridgehampton
cafe and others before it, it's undergone a rebirth. gone
is the pad thai and coconut shrimp. now, new chef sean olnowich
offers a mediterranean menu
with a hint of asian influence, including offerings like sake-marinated
alaskan halibut or sushi napoleon.
as
for the interior? it's the traditional east end white-tablecloth-and-wood
combo, but boasts an extended outdoor patio area that seats
about 80.
the
question is, will 80 people be visiting?
that
one's a wild card.
