the swiss have more than just cocoa to brag about. the luxe skincare brand alchimie forever has just unveiled their first-ever U.S. retail space in georgetown.

the longtime DC-based brand has relocated their corporate headquarters to a chic space just above the georgetown waterfront. the new offices feature the full product line plus the brand's only spa outside of switzerland (in soft opening stages now). sample everything from the company's lush moisturizing body washes and uber-hydrating foot creams to wrinkle-reducing eye serums. and all are displayed in a shop designed to evoke the brand's signature packaging: a simple white box with green, purple, pink and blue accents. enjoy mini treatments as well as training sessions and product testers in the groupo7-designed minimalist space, featuring stark white walls and accents of light reflected from shiny surfaces and colored furnishings. the design was guided by greek architect andreas angelidakis who has been involved for more than a decade with the brand's offices and medical spa in geneva. (now if only they could figure out a way to make us all look like swiss models.)
