everyone's jealous of your lakefront high-rise with ample sunlight and cathedral ceilings. when the sun goes down, keep them smoldering with the limited edition eva menz design chandelier.
lighting concepts and ambience are a bit of a hobby for you. okay, an obsession. for a fusion of sculpture and function, eva's collection of chandeliers are as much suspended art as creature comforts. and they're bespoke, meaning each client has a hand in the action, from initial consultation through installation. so even a decisive type like yourself can let your control freak run wild. the downside is having to wait a month or more for your new treasure, not to mention a steep bill (between $6,000-$14,000). but when the light bulb clicks, you'll consider it a great idea. every piece is made from rare and eclectic materials from refurbished evian bottles, to albino peacock feathers, silver threading, chiffon and leather beads. and each has a unique name to match, like cioccolata, tyvek and snow queen. german-born menz is acclaimed worldwide, having done commercial and private work from DKNY to dubai. you may have first seen her work in 2003 (a naughty containers expo featuring a condom-concealing tissue box), but the london-based sculptress is showing off her nice side. and chances are when you call the studio, you'll get to talk to the affable ms. menz herself.
so when your friends come by to ogle, you can leave them hanging.
