oleana's ana sortun and maura kilpatrick offers cambridge a piece of the middle east with sofra, their new bakery and café slated to open this month. the name is an ancient arabic word for picnic, and will boast turkish, lebanese and greek food with a twist. think gozleme flat bread sandwiches, a hummus bar and egyptian-inspired palace bread. there's not much info yet, but just be on the lookout for it. opens april.
