yes, this sibling to the original bird and babybird stores near prospect park just popped up on smith street. owner (and former barney's buyer) jennifer mankins launched her new digs smack dab in the middle of brownstone central, and outfitted the shop with rustic woods and retro-wallpaper. fitting for the isabel marant peasant tops and acne slim-fits she carries. then there are sandals from jacqueline schnabel (ex-wife of you know who), sister (paul & joe's new line), and other designers like 3.1 phillip lim (pictured left) and see by chloe.
