More About Kim McArty Portraits:

Kim McArty's monotone, acid-hued portraits are a far cry from anything you might think of when you're considering a headshot, but the haunting images are a surefire way to add a touch of dark whimsy wherever you choose to hang them (opt for one of her floral paintings if you're not into those haunting stares). Using a palette inspired by bruises or even just monochromatic hues, her work's been featured internationally to critical acclaim.

We discovered Kim at a Sotheby's auction and came home with a watercolor painting of a silhouette of a woman's body, which we still really love.
