More about Triniti :

By the end of the year you'll be able to partake of Triniti, chef Ryan Hildebrand's (Textile) progressive American/Californian style resto. Hildebrand has been hosting snapshot dinners to give diners a taste of what's to come, but you're more than ready for the real thing. The menu promises items such as salmon with mushroom and chestnut, foie gras dumplings, and shaved wagyu beef. The 5400 square-foot building by MC2 Architects features an interior with creative lighting fixtures, custom chandelier and modern seating by British designer Tom Dixon, along with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. --Toni Kervina

"The highlight of my visit here was the standout design of this just-opened Houston hotspot. The bartender (whose name I will have to remember) made us incredible custom cocktails and I'll have to call and ask for the recipe. Our waiter left much to be desired. When asked what we should know about the menu, he impatiently replied, "what would you like to know?" I'll chalk it up to the fact that he looked swamped trying to tend to all of his tables (quite the scene on a Saturday night). Our bill was a hefty $200 bones, but we did have three rounds of cocktails (for two) on the bill. The food was good, but the fun vibe is what I'll remember most."
