Flavors of Espania have been brought to Houston by Chef Oscar Aguilar. This isn't Mr Aguilar's first rodeo, owner of Decco Cafe decided on a modern take to traditional tapas dishes. Communal tables and contemporary lanterned lights fixtures fill this space in the Heights. Expect to dine on staples like potato croquettes and the house paella to pair with Spanish wines. Oh and did we forget to mention the chorizo? The name Convivio translates to mean fellowship and is used in the context of friendships, well we think this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
