Her much loved eatery Alison on Dominick closed after Sept 11 and her Bridgehampton eatery is no more. But now Alison Price Becker is back and bigger than ever with Alison Eighteen. Her new Flatiron resto is 7,000 square feet and is housed in the famed Ten Commandments building. A causal billiards lounge is set up on the lower level along with a large communal table and screening area - perfect for Sunday brunch and game watching. A take out section is ideal for grabbing coffee and pastries in the AM, but the real stuff happens on the main level where Chef Robert Gurvich serves up French-inspired American cuisine in a space designed by Asfour Guzy and adorned with toile wallpaper featuring etchings of NYC.
