The Four Seasons has a repuation to uphold, and its Washington, DC location's got everything they're known for. The minute you step past its brick façade, you can see why it's the hotel of choice for visiting dignitaries, international power players and the jet-set that want the best our nation's capitol has to offer.
While the exterior's got a classic Georgetown brick façade, the interior rooms have a cozy, homey feeling that's more like you're visiting a friend's house than staying in a world-class hotel. The amenities inside? There's one of the city's best spas (Kate Somervile prods and aromatherapy treatments are on the service mennu, naturally), a salon that's got a waiting list that's filled with international names and a resto that's about as hard to get into as the State Dinner. Bourbon Steak's a classic steakhouse that's accented with dark woods and modern lines. Get in and you'll be witnessing international power plays at just about every table. Upstairs, the rooms are some of the city's biggest and plushest. When in the capitol, you've got to book the presidential suite, right? As they say, when in Rome.
