Cynthia Rowley couldn't go al summer without a dessert fix. So the designer asked Momofoku Milk Bar pastry chef Christina Tosi if she wouldn't mind sending up a few batches of cookies she could sell in her Hamptons store. Tosi did one better and set up a Make-Shift Milk Bar next door. A few planks and milk crates later and voila, a place for Tosi to serve up her addicting brand of desserts that are guaranteed to have you working a lot harder in the gym than previous summers. Stumptown cold brewed iced coffee and creamy Arnold Palmer slushies spiked with cereal milk are on hand to wash down her infamous crack pie and birthday cake flavored truffles, as well as an assortment of cookies (compost, cornflake marshmallow an blueberry cream). Do yourself a favor and do your shopping before noshing.
