Following interior renovations (precipitated by a fire back in September), Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery is open once more. The Yountville location has been offering their to-die-for pastries like macarons on a limited basis, but now the retail space has been redesigned to get you in and out faster. In celebration of the reopening, Bouchon has also debuted their "ho-hos," coveted by NYC patrons. In addition to brioche, baguettes, and pain au chocolat (oh my!) you can still order sandwiches, soup, and salads. --Toni Kervina
